A little life lately… a little bit of randomness. I’ve been making acai bowls at home using these superfruit packs. So yummy! Jimmy Buffet was in Charleston the other week for a show. So fun!

Jimmy Buffet was in Charleston the other week for a show. So fun! (I got asked about this outfit on Instagram… my dress is from last year. It’s by Cloth & Stone from Anthropologie, but here is a pretty similar one in a beautiful chambray. The orange necklace is from Blue Rooster in Harbour Island. Here is the link to my shoes (budget version here) and here are my glasses—they have been my favorites for years.)
I’m obsessed with the AERIN x Williams Sonoma collection. I ordered these salad plates, these appetizer plates, and these linen napkins to pair with our everyday china white dinner plates. I got the rattan chargers from here—the best price I could find. I would love to add these wine glasses to the mix and this ginger jar wine bucket!
Our sweet Winston had to spend two weeks with this cone. We recently fenced in our backyard with a big, tall privacy fence. Winston has been loving live out there, just hanging out in the shade under the trees for a little bit each day. Sure enough, when I was inside with Watson, a neighbor’s cat got into our yard and either bit Winston in the hind leg or clawed him. Long story short, he had to have surgery and got to spend some good quality time with this cone. (We did order a soft one for him after a few days and it made a big difference!)
The weekend before last, we went to Fripp Island for the Beaufort Charities golf tournament that we go to every year. I went with Brandon for the first time when I was 13, so it’s been a long standing tradition for us and it’s always such a fun time!
I was wearing a Madison Mathews tunic as a bathing suit coverup.
Scenes around Charleston.
Watson on Memorial Day. He was so proud of his flag that one of my grandfather’s neighbors gave him.
Later that day, we went to Ocean Drive Beach in North Myrtle! He’s definitely a water baby, no doubt about that. I’m wearing these $55 sunglasses that are the best ever!
Switching gears, did you know that the Nordstrom Half-Yearly sale is still going in? Looks like sizes have been restocked and some new things have been added! Here are my favorites:
