So, here’s the deal. I tried to avoid sharing gift guides and jumping into the Christmas spirit quiite so early. I really did! But it’s sort of hard to resist the holiday cheer, am I right? Plus, I realized there are a lot of early shoppers out there and it’s never too soon to start thinking about what you’d like to give the important people in your life. So I put on some holiday music and had the best time digging through some great men’s pieces to bring you my first guide guide of the season… one for “him.”
But first, here’s Brandon wearing a couple of the things I have in the guide. Like this sweater, which is part of the Nordstrom Men’s Shop. It’s a cashmere/cotton blend and under $60 It looks and feels like it’s worth three times that—or more! I love how many colors it comes in, so there’s a shade to fit every style and every look. The blue and teal are super pretty, but I also love the classic gentleman look of the tan, grey, and black sweaters. This is a piece that could be dressed down with a t-shirt underneath and paired with joggers—or dressed up with nice slacks.
I’ve also got a pair of similar Persol sunglasses in the guide, much like the ones Brandon’s wearing here. He has been wearing this brand for probably five or six years now because the quality is so good, which is important because he’s really rough on glasses. And we both love how simple, yet stylish they are. Such a great gift idea. Oh and the shoes! They are on the guide too, but in the tan color. A good transitional sneaker that could be dressed up or down… and for under $55.
Thanks to Nordstrom for partnering on this post.
