We recently updated our screened porch to better suit having dinners outside. We felt like we had this space on the porch that we didn’t use as much as we should be, so a big table seemed to be the answer.
I think it has been just the ticket. We’ve eaten dinner out here almost every night since we got the table and have enjoyed it so much.
The dining set is by Stori Modern, a luxury outdoor furniture brand that has impressed me in a multitude of ways. First, they ship quickly—I mean quickly quickly. (And for free.) I think it was just a few days between the order being placed and the dining set being on my porch. Also, while it is a luxury line, their pricing isn’t nearly as expensive as it should be since the brand ships direct from the manufacturer. This allows them to use super nice quality materials—and it shows. Of course I can only speak from this dining set alone, but it’s incredibly comfortable and well made. Brandon and I were so pleased when we first laid eyes on it… and only have fallen more in love with it and the craftsmanship as time as passed and we’ve continued to use it every day.
This particular table + chairs set is called the Script 7-Piece Dining Set.
The rug and pillows are new as well! Both are from Annie Selke, a company I’ve really adored for a long time now. If you’ve followed along for a while, you already know we have one of their rugs in our living room, in our master bedroom, in Watson’s room (but now in the playroom), and their bedding in both our guest room and Watson’s room!
The rug is the Samode Indoor/Outdoor Rug. It’s highly reviewed and comes in quite a few colorways. Ours is in fieldstone/ivory. I have another one of Annie Selke’s indoor/outdoor rugs and have been so happy with how easily it cleans. They are fade resistant, water resistant, and super durable.
The pillows are also indoor/outdoor and are part of the Laura Park collaboration with Annie Selke. The ones on the two head chairs are the Bahama Pillow and the ones on the four other chairs are the Blue Ridge Pillow.
