Today I wanted to share the makeup routine I’ve been doing lately. It’s easy and uses minimal products that make a big impact. You can definitely build it up and add more products to create a more defined makeup look, or apply with a light hand as I’m showing you here for a fresh-faced everyday look. These are exactly the products I brought with me to NC last week and I never once wished I had brought something else. They are tried and true favorites that are worth the hype!

The first thing I did was apply the Dior Forever Skin Glow Foundation, which I applied very lightly just where needed. It’s definitely one you could build up though. It gives a really beautiful and luminous, yet not dewy, finish. I love it during this time of year as my skin starts to get a little more on the dry side. I’m shade 2 Warm.

Then I went in with the Clé de Peau Beauté Concealer in shade Beige. It’s worth the price tag because a little goes the longest way and the finish is so nice. You could even apply this all over (a stripe here and there, then blend) rather than just under the eyes and on blemishes if you wanted more of a full-faced look. One thing I’ve found, especially for under the eyes, is that less is more.

After those two products, I set with Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Finish Powder. It blurs out the skin in an airbrushed way. I’m shade medium. I don’t set under the eyes with this, though! With this concealer, I don’t find it needs setting.

See this bronzer below? It’s a new one by Charlotte Tilbury (I really like this brand if you can’t tell!) and it’s absolutely amazing. It gives the perfect sunkissed look without a speck of shimmer, which is a good thing—trust me. I’m shade medium, but it comes in four shades total. Also, this bronzer is HUGE. It has got to be 3x the size of other bronzers I have, which is one reason you’ll notice the price is a bit high.

To finish off, I applied the Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Eyeshadow Quad, lightly defined with the best violet brown eyeliner, quickly did my brows and a swipe of mascara, then put on the Charlotte Tilbury Secret Salma lipstick. It’s a good one, promise. I lost my first tube of this in a taxi cab in NYC and had to repurchase.

As you see I’m pretty loyal to a few brands here. I honestly didn’t realize I was using so many CT products until I went through my makeup bag and picked out some “holy grail” items and realized they were mostly hers. Guess that’s pretty telling of the brand. Of course my makeup changes with the season and even weekly! But this is the routine I’ve been sticking to lately and everything, with the exception of the newly released bronzer, are longtime favorites that have remained in my makeup collection for years now.
