One of my best home interiors tips, especially if you don’t really know where to begin, is to find home stores that really catch your eye. Fall in love with them, study their instagram feed, browse their best sellers and new arrivals, see what they are pinning on Pinterest. These stores are curated through trained eyes and are always on the pulse of what’s new and now. So by following the store closely, you are subconsciously honing in on your own decorating style, learning what you like and don’t like, and you’re able to shop a constant rotation of items that will always feel cohesive in your home.
I think that’s why I’ve always been enchanted with home stores that carry a wide variety of brands and pieces that are ever so carefully selected. It’s personal. It’s like you’re stepping foot into that shop owner’s home and immersing yourself in what that person defines as beautiful. And when I connect with a store like this, I find that I’m always wanting to drop in to see what’s new, to see what I may have missed last time, and to get inspiration for styling my own home. It can feel a little magical! Or is it just me? ha!
Speaking of these home stores, one that I think you’ll love is Home with Hechart, a small business I’ve loved for a long time out of Birmingham, Alabama. This woman-owned company has everything from furniture, mirrors and art, pieces to create a beautiful table, and gifts, too. Today’s edit is a roundup of items I’m loving from HWH. Browse around on their website and instagram for more inspiration!
Now that you’ve got a good look at everything, I’m sure you’re wondering how to shop it all! I didn’t really know how to link these items, since I can’t load them into a LTK collage, so we are doing this the old classic way.
See the image below with numbers… the coordinating numbers will be linked under that!
ps. The rugs are the larger numbers that are circled.
