Let’s call this part one, because honestly this collection of baby things is all pretty much the same… lots of clothes, lovies, and blankets, with only a few gear pieces sprinkled in. My girlfriends just hosted a baby sprinkle luncheon for me, where a lot more of the baby essentials have come into play, but I will save that for the next blog post! So for today, here’s just what I’ve purchased throughout the last six months, with a few gifts mixed in.

I couldn’t resist this sweet changing pad basket when I saw it on sale on amazon. (It’s normally $130, and today it’s $89!) My parents bought us our custom bedding, which we ordered through Baby Bloomers in Mt. Pleasant! What you see below is the crib skirt and the rail cover.
Look at this sweet Weezie set with their precious new icons! It’s this burp cloth + bib set, as well as this bath towel + washcloth set.
I found this rattan trolley at Zara Kids and thought it could be great to hold stuffies and other toys. It’s pretty adorable! Of course there’s a new Sophie in there already!
These were our favorite pacifiers for Watson and Rosie, so I already have a couple ready to go. My friend sent me these muslin washcloths, which I think will be perfect for keeping tucked away in my bag as mini burp cloths.
A few books! In some box, somewhere, I’ve saved my favorite baby books from when Watson and Rosie were smaller, but I haven’t quite figured out where. But it’s always great to add more. We’ve been trying to pick up a new book and lovie whenever we travel… The Bunny Roo I Love You book is from a mountain trip, A Day with Bonefish Joe is from Harbour Island, If I Were a Turtle is from Ponte Vedra, and so forth. Just little ways to always remember the sweet time when this baby boy was in my belly!
I’ve been hearing more and more about Nanobebe, so I recently stocked up on everything I think I’ll need in the feeding department. Everything from bottles and extra nipples, an electric brush set and replacement heads, some breastmilk bottles, a bottle cooler, nursing pads, breastmilk storage bags, and a storage organizer to keep them neatly stacked in the freezer!
Baby blankets! The top left is from amazon—I purchased after Mary Lawless recommended it with her third baby. (It’s under $25 and comes in lots of colors!) Excited about this swaddle blanket set. The blue knit one is by Elegant Baby. The smocked blue and white one on the top right is by Beaufort Bonnet Co, as is this swaddle.
A few Bella Tunno things that they kindly sent over. I loved this brand with W & R!
I scoured a Pehr sale recently and picked up this cozy toddler blanket you can see below (Rosie has a blush one and Watson has a navy one already), a portable play mat, a travel changing pad, and a diaper bag that I can slip inside any tote!
I’m really excited about these two things by Hatch! Their GROW Smart Changing Pad and Scale (I will likely put this in the nursery and the basket one downstairs in our room) and the Hatch Rest, which is a clock, nightlight, and sound machine in one, among other features we will use as he gets older, like the “time to rise” light.
Since February, I’ve been picking up clothes little by little when I spot great sales or somethings I just can’t resist at our local baby boutiques… and some of these are gifts, not including what my girlfriends gave us at my sprinkle the other day. (I’ll show you those later!) The great thing is that the sizes are all spread out from newborn to 12 months, so even though it looks like a lot, I believe there are 6 newborn things, about 12 in the 0-3 month size, maybe 10 in the 3-6 month size, and so forth.
Some of my favorite brands for these layette styles are Lullaby Set, Petit Bebe, Sophie and Lucas, Petit Ami, Pixie Lily, Beaufort Bonnet Co, Kissy Kissy, and Magnolia Baby.
